Parents & Players - We have updated our Code of Conduct for the 2019 season.  The Ipswich Youth Lacrosse Organization requires that all players and participants in its activities sign and abide by this Player Code of Conduct as a condition of their participation in the program.  The purpose is to ensure a fun, safe, respectful, and “team-first” environment that promotes the Organization’s overarching goal of positive character development.  First and foremost, we strive to make each of our players better people through five core principles: 

(1) Respect

(2) Accountability

(3) Selflessness

(4) Positivity

(5) Citizenship.
