Equipment for Girl's Lacrosse

Prior to practicing, all players are required to have the following:

• Colored mouthguard - no clear or pictures on them like fake teeth
• Girl's specific lacrosse stick
• Cleats for playing on grass, cleats or turf shoes for playing on turf fields
• Optional items if wanted, but not required - Girl's specific lacrosse helmet and girls specific gloves

Goalie gear (each team has a set):

• Goalie stick
• Throat guard/protector
• Chest Protector
• Athletic cup (player provides)
• Shin guards (optional, but recommended)
• Padded goalie pants (optional, but recommended)
• Goalie gloves (high school and above only). Goalie gloves are the same as normal lacrosse gloves but have hard reinforced thumb protection.

Equipment for Boy's Lacrosse

Prior to practicing, all players are required to have the following: 

• Lacrosse helmet - NOCSAE approved (white is the preferred color)
• Mouthguard
• Shoulder pads
• Arm pads
• Lacrosse gloves
• Men's attack/midfield lacrosse stick
• Athletic supporter and cup (highly recommended for everyone, required at all times for playing goalie)
• Cleats for playing on grass, cleats or turf shoes for playing on turf fields

• Goalie stick

• Chest Protector
• Athletic cup (player provides)
• Shin guards (optional, but recommended)
